Welcome to Jagraaj. By creating an account or using Jagraaj (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service. Questions? Email jagrajhero@gmail.com.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Jagraaj and provide accurate account information.
2. Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You can review and revoke active sessions in Settings.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, videos, and text you upload (“Your Content”). You grant Jagraaj a limited licence to store, compress, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service according to the visibility settings you choose (public, friends-only, or private). You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to share it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Jagraaj to:
- upload illegal content, or content that infringes others’ rights;
- harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate others;
- share someone else’s private information without consent;
- attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts;
- use automated means to scrape or abuse the Service.
5. Location & social features
Location sharing is optional and off by default. Chat and friends-only content are limited to accepted friends. Please use these features respectfully; sharing another person’s location or private content without their consent is not allowed.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and forms part of these Terms.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On deletion, your content is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Jagraaj is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jagraaj is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages, or for loss of data arising from your use of the Service. Please keep your own backups of important memories.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
